RUBL Terminal is an OTC investment portal for the Russian market. You fund your wallet, then buy positions in stocks and commodities priced live from MOEX. Holdings are tracked in your portfolio with real-time valuation, profit/loss, and exit at any time once the lock period ends — no separate brokerage account needed.
Every position you open requires a fixed lock period — 1, 3, or 5 years — chosen at the moment of purchase. While a position is locked it cannot be sold; the portfolio shows the exact unlock date and a live countdown. Once the lock window ends, the position becomes fully sellable. Lock-ups align capital with the long settlement cycles typical of OTC and private markets.
Top up by bank transfer: enter the amount you want credited and you receive a unique reference code. A 5% administration fee is added on top, so for a €100 credit you transfer €105. The checkout screen shows the full breakdown — credited amount, 5% fee, and total to pay. Your wallet is credited the base amount once an administrator confirms the incoming payment.
Stocks are priced in rubles and your wallet is in euros. The P/L column shows pure stock performance: the ruble gain or loss is converted at the FX rate locked in at purchase, so the figure reflects only how the asset moved — not ruble exchange-rate swings. Currency effects are tracked separately and never inflate your stock returns.
Live quotes, volumes, and market caps come from the MOEX ISS API, refreshed continuously and cached for performance. The Commodities Market section streams energy benchmarks, currency crosses, and headline indices. No. Locked positions are blocked from selling until their unlock date passes — this is enforced both in the interface and server-side, so the lock cannot be bypassed. You can always see remaining time on each holding, and the Sell action reappears automatically the moment the lock expires.
